• You own or control all rights necessary to grant this license
• Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party
• Your content does not violate any law, regulation, confidentiality obligation, or contractual restriction
• Any individuals appearing in submitted content have provided appropriate permission where required
Submission of photographs, dash camera footage, accident scenes, truck stop imagery, inspection documents, regulatory materials, or other transportation-related content does not create any obligation for KTM to publish, verify, investigate, or act upon such submissions.
Users remain solely responsible for their submitted content.
Users may not post, submit, transmit, or encourage content that:
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Is defamatory or knowingly false
• Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or abuses others
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, solicitation, or malicious software
• Impersonates another person or organization
• Promotes unsafe driving practices
• Encourages violations of FMCSA regulations
• Encourages violations of hours-of-service requirements
• Promotes impaired, distracted, or reckless driving
• Encourages falsification of logs, inspections, records, or regulatory documents
• Promotes violations of workplace safety requirements
Violations of these Terms may result in:
• Removal of content
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent suspension or banning
• Restriction of participation in KTM services
• Reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law
KTM reserves the right to take such actions at its sole discretion.
KTM may discuss, quote, embed, reference, review, critique, or comment upon publicly available social media posts and online content for journalistic, educational, commentary, review, or reporting purposes.
KTM does not intentionally publish content from private groups, private accounts, or restricted-access communities without permission or a legitimate journalistic basis.
KTM may discuss or reference third-party reviews, ratings, comments, complaints, testimonials, and opinions, including truck stop reviews, app reviews, business reviews, and public social media discussions.
Such statements belong solely to their original authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of KTM.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, KTM does not independently verify every statement made by third-party reviewers.
Advertising, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or commercial partnerships do not influence KTM's editorial decisions.
The presence of an advertisement, sponsorship, or affiliate relationship does not constitute an endorsement of any company, product, or service unless expressly stated.

KTM may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of KTM services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
